Protesting against the arbitrary sacking of 12,600 computer teachers working in the government schools, the computer teachers staged dharna at the Collectorate here on Monday. Chandrasekhar, computer teachers’ leader said that it was unjust to remove the computer teachers though they have been working for meager salaries for the last five years.
The police stopped the computer teachers from enter the Collectorate to meet the district collector. The teachers protested against the high-handedness of the police.
