Traffic curbs for Muharram, Occasion of Bibi-Ka-Alam, Traffic Restrictions. Traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Alawa Bibi and will be diverted at Sunargalli, T Junction and at Jabbar Hotel.

Hyderabad: On the occasion of Bibi-Ka-Alam procession in the city on Friday, police announced traffic restrictions between 11 am and 9 pm.

Traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Alawa Bibi and will be diverted at Sunargalli, T Junction and at Jabbar Hotel.
Vehicles coming from Yakutpura railway station will be diverted at Bada Bazaar ‘T’ Junction either towards Rein Bazaar or Talab Katta. Vehicles coming from Purani Haveli will be diverted either towards Peeligate or SJ Rotary. Traffic coming from Mitti-Ka-Sher will be diverted at Gulzar House either towards Madina crossroads or Charminar. Traffic coming from Moghalpura water tank will be diverted at Hafez Danka Mosque either towards Paris Cafe or Bibi Bazaar.
When the procession reaches Alijah Kotla, the traffic will be diverted at Punchmohalla either towards Moghalpura Fire Station or Chowmahalla Palace. Vehicles coming from Puranapul will be diverted at Motigalli either towards Mitti-ka-Sher or Chowmahalla Palace.
The traffic coming from Shakkerkote will be diverted at Mitti-Ka-Sher, similarly, traffic coming from Nayapul will be diverted at Madina crossroad towards City College. When procession reaches Mir Alam Mandi, the traffic coming towards Purani Haveli will be diverted at Salarjung Rotary towards Nayapool. Similarly when it reaches Alawa Sartouq, the traffic will be diverted at Shanti Lodge, towards Chaderghat Bridge.
Meanwhile, vehicular traffic restrictions will also be imposed from 4pm to 8.30pm in Secunderabad area. Traffic proceeding from Hyderabad via Tankbund towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Children's Park towards Kavadiguda, Bible House and RP Road. Similarly, traffic proceeding from RP Road towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Bible House via Tankbund Road and will join the Tankbund Road at DBR Mills ‘T’ Junction. Mahatma Gandhi Road between Central Telegraph Island and Ranigunj will be ‘one way’ towards Ranigunj side. Traffic will be diverted at Ranigunj Junction towards the Ministers Road depending on the situation.
