Carrying of arms such as swords, spears, knives, sticks with or without flags, bludgeons, guns, explosives and other offensive weapons, gathering of persons on the public roads or places disturbing peace and order or causing inconvenience, annoyance or danger to public, use of mikes/public address systems is prohibited in the above said area. For conducting any kind of public meetings and processions prior police permission has to be obtained.
