T Ministers Discuss Ways To Counter CM. Jana Reddy is understood to have said that the Seemandhra leaders were trying their best to see that the process gets derailed.

Hyderabad: Expressing apprehensions that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy would resort to delaying tactics over discussion on draft T Bill and send it back to the Centre, the T Ministers held several rounds of meetings to work out counter strategies.

They first met in the chamber of Minister for Panchayatraj K Jana Reddy where, according to sources, Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Rajanarsimha opined that people of T region had lost faith in Kiran, since he had been creating hurdles for T creation and hence they should complain to the high command and demand that he be sacked.

He later told media that he was of the opinion that a meeting of Congress legislature party should be convened to elect a new leader of the House. Some Ministers expressed concern over the delay in the copies of the T Bill reaching the Assembly.

Jana Reddy is understood to have said that the Seemandhra leaders were trying their best to see that the process gets derailed.
Later, the T Congress ministers met again at the residence of Minister for Information and Public Relations, D K Aruna. The sources said that there was a proposal that all the T Ministers should resign en-masse if Kiran resorts to delaying tactics. But it was turned down by others saying that it would not be proper to take such drastic steps.
