Kadapa: YSRCP leader MV Mysura Reddy blamed TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu for the division of the State. Speaking at the “Grama Chaavidi” programme at Kamalapuram village of Kadapa district here on Sunday, he opined that if the TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu takes back his letter he gave to the UPA Government giving his party’s consent for bifurcation, the division of the State would be stopped.
The people won’t forget that his party MPs had voted in favour of FDIs when the Bill was introduced by the UPA Government in Parliament, he reminded. Kamalapuram constituency in-charge Ravindra Reddy said, “The people should elect the YSRCP candidates for the benefit of our region.” MLA Srikanth Reddy found fault with the TDP as it was suspecting the role of YSRCP which was espousing for the cause of Samaikyandhra. MLA Amarnath Reddy alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu, who blew their own trumpet, saying that they would oppose Telangana Bill when it was tabled in the Assembly, but when the Bill was introduced, they were not present in the House.
