Hyderabad: Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday voiced his displeasure over the style of functioning of certain legislators and also the way the proceedings were going on in the legislative bodies, especially Assembly. Speaking at a book-release function here, he observed that the legislatures meant to be law-making bodies seldom get the opportunity to carry out the main function. A book titled ‘Prapancha Desalu, Palana Vyavastha’ authored by Congress MLA Daggubati Venkateswara Rao was released by Justice Chalameswar at a function organised in Jubilee
