Telangana Ministers shun CM
T Ministers shun CM, New Year celebrations at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office. Interestingly, the Telangana ministers made a beeline to Raj Bhavan to greet Governor ESL Narasimhan and also utilised the opportunity to complain against the Chief Minister.
Hyderabad: The shifting of D Sridhar Babu from the portfolio of Legislative Affairs has cast its shadow on the New Year celebrations at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office; no minister from the Telangana region visited him. Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Minister Danam Nagender were the only exception.

The leaders who called on the Chief Minister were Devireddy Sudhir Reddy, Magam Ranga Reddy, Kithcennagari Lakshma Reddy, APNGOs chief P Ashok Babu, many senior IAS Officers, especially from his Secretariat, and DGP Prasada Rao. Earlier, priests blessed the Chief Minister’s family by chanting vedic hymns. School children greeted the Chief Minister and sang New Year songs.
