All 13 districts of Seemandhra have been observing Bundh on Friday. It is evident that a call for bundh in Seemandhra districts was given by Samaikya Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika. The bundh effect was seen since early hours on Friday. Due to this, RTC buses have been confined to their respective depots.
Kadapa district also observed complete bundh. Under the leadership of TDP leaders, Vijayanagaram district observed Bundh. Similar effect was seen in Guntur and Krishna districts.
