Vijayawada: Former minister Dr P Shankar Rao predicted that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and APCC chief Botcha Satyanarayana would be out of their posts by February 7.

Interacting with media persons here on Tuesday after worshiping the presiding deity Goddess Kanakadurga atop Indrakeeladri, Dr Shankar Rao said that the Congress high command was not satisfied with the performance of both the Chief Minister and the APCC chief. The party high command would show doors to the duo in the first week of February, “and the deadline is February 7.”

Referring to Mr Kiran Reddy’s moves to launch a new political party, as reported in the media, the former minister brushed aside the new party’s impact on the people. The party would do nothing but ending the political career of those eager to join Mr Kiran, he said.
