Congress alone should not be blamed for bifurcation:Anam, Anam Ramanayarana Reddy, state bifurcation. Anam said their desire of keeping the state united has become a futile effort. He felt sad that people have been discussing on the very issue in either way.
Hyderabad: Anam Ramanayarana Reddy, a senior Congress Party MLA on Friday said that in the matter of state bifurcation, they cannot do anything further as the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill 2013 was passed in either house of Parliament.
Anam said their desire of keeping the state united has become a futile effort. He felt sad that people have been discussing on the very issue in either way.
He said it was not alone the Congress Party that has taken a decision on bifurcation of the state. He asked one and all to remember the very fact. He said people of one region have been praising the party, while people of other region have been criticising the party. Further, he said there was a big liability on them to save the party in either region.
