Volvo bus overturns; Passengers injured

Vijayanagaram: Early on Thursday, a Volvo Bus has narrowly escaped a major accident near Rajavulova of Bhogapuram mandal in Vijayanagaram district. The Volvo Bus which was on its way to Visakhapatnam from Ichchapuram overturned at Ravulova. Almost all passengers sustained severe injuries in this incident.

The hiker following the same road reacted immediately and rushed the victims to a nearby hospital. According to the eyewitnesses, the driver of the high speeding Volvo Bus tried to set aside another bus coming from the other side and became uncontrollable, thereby getting tipped over.
