Kadapa: Election Frenzy Continues. Even after two days of the concluding episode of the general elections in Seemandhra, the fire between YSR Congress Party and Telugu Desam Party activists continues to prevail.
Hyderabad: Even after two days of the concluding episode of the general elections in Seemandhra, the fire between YSR Congress Party and Telugu Desam Party activists continues to prevail. At Nallatimmayipalle of Nadalur mandal in Kadapa district, the YSR Congress Party leaders have allegedly attacked the Telugu Desam Party activists with sticks. In this incident, Kistareddy, a TDP activist, sustained harsh injuries. He has been rushed immediately to the hospital.
It is learnt that Kistareddy who was earlier in YSR Congress Party joined TDP, just before the elections. The fuming YSRCP cadre who considers that Kistaiah has ripped many votes of YSRCP and diverted them to TDP have attacked him with sticks and injured him severely. A case has been booked against the YSRCP activists by the police and investigations are on.
