The official Telangana Logo has been made ready and the same will be unveiled on June 2 by KCR, officially.

The official Telangana Logo has been made ready and the same will be unveiled on June 2 by KCR, officially. It has been designed by the famous Telangana artist Ale Lakshman. According to him, the Telangana Logo has an outer circle in gold colour which denotes the aspiration of Telangana people for the Golden Era (Banagaru Telangana). The logo comprises of the text equivalents of Government of Telangana in three languages – Telugu, Urdu and English, the three languages that are in vogue in Telangana.

In order to make it look official, the official 3 lion emblem of India has been included in the logo inside its lower circle. The entire text and the inside images have been presented green in colour to denote the other aspiration of the people of Telangana i.e. to see greenery in Telangana. The Kakatiya gateway and Charminar have been inserted in the lower circle to denote the heritage and culture of Telangana.
