Hyderabad: YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the YSR Congress Party supremo, on Friday, found fault in taking back the 189 acres of land previously allotted to APNGOs. He demanded that the Telangana government should immediately give back those lands.
YS Jagan said that APNGOs have divided the land into flats and spent a large sum towards the roads, electricity and other amenities. He said that if land was intended to allot to someone, only alternates should be looked for; and snatching of the lands already assigned to someone else should not be undertaken. He urged the Andhra Pradesh state government led by Chandrababu Naidu to stick their noses in between to support the APNGOs.
It is evident that the approximated 190 acres land allotted to APNGOs at Survey NOs 36 and 27 at Gopanpalli of Sherlingampalli mandal in Ranga Reddy district has been taken back by the Telangana government, on Thursday. The land has been taken over by Suresh Oddar, RDO of Rajendra Nagar, and Vidyasagar, Tahasildar of Sherlingampalii, along with the other staff, on the instructions of the government.
