Hyderabad: The draft guidelines to be adopted for the employees of the state government of erstwhile unite Andhra Pradesh would be made public on Monday, according to sources. Though the guidelines were made ready even before Saturday, the main hurdle for the announcement faced by Kamalanathan Committee was the uneven retirement ages being adopted by either state.
It has complicated the issue. After discussing the issue with both the governments, it has been decided to keep that particular factor aside and to go ahead with the other guidelines formulated for the division of employees between the states. July 6 being the Sunday, the guidelines were not released. On Monday, the draft guidelines will be made public, added sources.
It is learnt that nativity, seniority and options are the three crucial factors that have been considered for bringing out the draft guidelines.
