Naidu govt to airlift AP sick pilgrims from Kolkata

The Andhra Pradesh government is preparing to airlift 33 pilgrims from Kavali and Ongole from Kolkata.

The pilgrims who took off to Varanasi fell ill following food poisoning after eating at Howrah hotel. There are 10 children too among the pilgrims too, it is learnt.

The CMO in AP got an alert after one of the pilgrims called Udayagiri legislator Bollineni Rama Rao. Now, the Chandrababu government is making arrangements to bring the sick people back home. The pilgrims are being treated at a Kolkata hospital.
