Bapiraju tenders resignation for TTD chairman post

Tirumala: All is set ready for Kanumuri Bapiraju, the sitting-in TTD Chairman, to tender his resignation to the TTD chairman’s post. According to the sources, following the futile attempts to keep hold of his post, Bapiraju has decided to tender the resignation on Friday afternoon. It is also learnt that he would address the press meet in the afternoon, following his resignation.

Bapiraju has twice held the post and tried his best to grab for one more tenure. Nevertheless, the attempts made by him at state and centre level didn’t confer him the desired results. In view of this, the time has come on with this moving wheel of life when Bapiraju has to quit the post.

It is evident that Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has already issued orders for the cancellation of politburos of all temples. Following this order, resignations are being offered by the members one after another.
