Even the minister and officials were unable to reach the villages for relief activities. People are suffering due to lack of power supply. People are approaching the generator operators and paying money to get their phones charged.
In some tribal areas people are even charging their mobiles by Motor bikes in their desperation to reach out for their friends and family.
