Sujana case: HC reserves order

Justice A Rajashekar Reddy of the High Court at Hyderabad on Monday reserved orders in the petition filed by Mauritius Commercial Bank for winding up of Sujana Industries. As reported earlier, the judge heard at length the petition by the company which contended that Sujana owes the bank a sum of Rs 106 crore.
Hyderabad: Justice A Rajashekar Reddy of the High Court at Hyderabad on Monday reserved orders in the petition filed by Mauritius Commercial Bank for winding up of Sujana Industries. As reported earlier, the judge heard at length the petition by the company which contended that Sujana owes the bank a sum of Rs 106 crore. When earlier attempts to enter a compromise came a cropper, the judge made clear that he would proceed to adjudicate the matter on merits. He accordingly heard both sides and reserved orders on whether the petition be admitted or not.
