Irrigation department engineers are slamming Andhra Pradesh and Telangana government for not paying salaries for the past 2 months.
“No new postings because of the state bifurcation. No salary for the past 2 months. No government is caring for us,” said the irrigation engineers.
The Telangana wing of the engineers who were appointed in the non local status met in KL Rao Bhavan. They said, “299 engineers were transferred to Telangana last November. Among them 175 were of Andhra nativity. The Telangana government is not considering giving the posting to these people.”
