Vijayamma lambasts TS, AP governments

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party honorary president Y S Vijyayamma on Sunday said both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State governments were indulging in empty talk.

Speaking to the media after declaring open Telangana State party office here, Vijayamma said all the people had from both the governments was empty rhetoric. Late chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy ruled the State by ensuring development and welfare of people at the same time. She recalled that YSR during his term as chief minister had not increased the power tariff even by paise nor had he allowed even milk price to be enhances. At the same time he ensure that milk producers were given incentives, she said.

Telangana State YSRCP party president Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said some parties had launched a malicious campaign against the party. He asked the leaders and workers to work in tandem to strengthen the party in the State. He also said his party would contest every election to be held in Telangana State.
