In a horrific accident, ex-MLA Chittineni Venkateshwaro's daughter Padmavathi (52) was killed in a road mishap on Monday morning.
The accident occurred when the car in which she was travelling rammed into a RTC bus coming from Repalle towards Guntur near Bramhanakoduru of Ponnuru mandal.
According to sources, the car overturned after ramming into the bus killing Padmavathi on the spot and injuring her husband Devendernath. Devendernath was taken to a nearby hospital at Ponnuru.
They were going to their home from Eluru at the time of the accident. The police has registered a case and began investigation.
