Serve people with dedication: Mayor, ZP chief

Anantapur: Everyone in the society should serve people and strive for betterment of the society, observed Anantapur Mayor Madamanchi Swaroopa and Zilla Parishad Chairman Chaman here on Sunday.

Speaking after inaugurating drinking water supply in the government hospital here, arranged by the Paritala Ambulance Services under the leadership of Thimmappa, they said that drinking water facilities were necessary for quenching people’s thirst.

The Mayor assured people that water would be supplied to kiosks set up by voluntary organisations across Anantapur district. The VIPs praised the drivers of the ambulance services for catering to the needs of people at discounted rates.
