Speaking at a press conference at Kundelugutta Handri-Neeva branch canal site, Mr. Naidu said that in the name of film making, nameless people like Masthan Vali are cheating innocent people and amassing huge wealth with red sanders smuggling.
The Chief Minister referred to Jalayagnam of the Congress Government and said that the Congress leaders had pillaged the State without completing even the initial works of the projects.
Mr. Naidu gave a stern warning to the contractors who were not keeping track of the water project targets and said that the YSR Congress leaders were unleashing campaign against the TDP Government in order to drive the drought away from Rayalseema through the Pattiseema project but the state's main priority would be given to irrigation systems.
