BJP leader Ragunatha Babu: AP Special Status will take time
Stating that the NDA government will need more time for the AP Special Status accordance, BJP senior leader and Seemandhra party Udyama committee chairman Y Ragunatha Babu reminded that Uttaranchal was accorded the Special Status tag after two years of its formation.

The BJP Leader said that the reason for the delay is due to some norms that are required to be changed and even without the Special Status tag, AP is being provided with several benefits by the BJP government.
Lashing out at the Congress Party, the BJP Leader stated that the Congress leaders have misled people without following a proper procedure while dividing the state. Mr Babu said that the Special Status is not an antidote to the issues in the state when AP SC, ST Association JAC leaders staged a protest at the BJP office for the special status.
