President offers prayers at Tirumala for prosperity of the nation

President Pranab Mukherjee who is on a pilgrimage to Tirumala arrived in Tirupati and was received by Governor ESL Narasimhan, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, DGP J V Ramudu, Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao along with other ministers on Wednesday morning at the Renigunta airport.

The President went to Goddess Padmavathi temple at Tiruchanoor, Kapileswara temple near the foot hills and headed to Lord Venkateswara temple. Having offered prayers for the overall prosperity of the nation, the President said that he has emerged stronger in his life every time he visited the Tirumala temple.
