Balayya asked to appear before court on August 1
The Lok Adalat court on Saturday issued notices to Hindupur MLA Bala Krishna and two others in connection with the road widening case.
The Lok Adalat court on Saturday issued notices to Hindupur MLA Bala Krishna and two others in connection with the road widening case. Lok Adalat court judge ADJ Ramulu issued notices to Bala Krishna and Municipal Chairperson R Lakshmi on Saturday and asked them to appear before the court on August 1.

One Venkatramudu filed a petition in the court alleging that several road widening works which were planned in 1993, had not been started even after 12 years. In the petition, he also mentioned that the people of Hindupur are facing severe problems as the roads were not widened. He also added that the concerned officials are not taking up the works seriously.
Responding to the petition, the court issued notices to the defendants and asked them appear before the court.
