My dad poorest in the family: Lokesh. TDP youth leader Nara Lokesh on Saturday bared all facts about his family assets and Heritage business.

Hyderabad: TDP youth leader Nara Lokesh on Saturday bared all facts about his family assets and Heritage business. Listing out the assets details, Lokesh talked about Heritage, which markets milk and vegetables through its network and retail outlets for last one-and-a-half decade providing direct and indirect employment to many families.
According to Lokesh, TDP president and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is the poorest among his family members. The net assets registered in the name of Naidu during last one year were Rs 42.4 lakh only.
While, his wife Bhuvaneswari is the richest among all four members of the CM’s family with Rs 33.07 crore. The family proposes to open a bank account in the name of Nara Devansh, grandson of Naidu and they would make his assets public from next year.
Lokesh revealed that the net worth of his assets for 2015 were Rs 7.67 crore. “Trust and transparency are the virtues we live by,” he said. This is the fifth consecutive year the family was making its assets public. The family collectively holds about Rs 46 crore worth of net assets in various forms as on March 31 this year.
According to the details, Naidu possesses a house costing about Rs 23.20 lakh at Banjara Hills in Hyderabad, a car worth Rs 1.52 lakh and Rs 25.92 lakh balances in saving bank accounts and cash. The total assets in the name of TDP chief were Rs 50.65 crore out of which Rs 8.25 lakh was liability.
Last year, Naidu declared his personal assets valued at Rs 70.69 lakh. The drop in the CM’s assets is because of his bank balance that was reduced by about Rs 20 lakh this year. Lokesh said the total assets in the name of his mother Bhuvaneswari were Rs 33.07 crore as against Rs 46.88 crore on the corresponding day of last year.
His assets stood at Rs 7.67 crore, while his wife Brahmini's assets were valued at Rs 4.77 crore, the TDP leader explained. He said the total turnover of the Heritage Foods Limited owned by his family was Rs 2,073 crore. Lokesh said they have plans to expand Heritage operations across the world.
