Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday participated in Mana Matti-Mana Neeru pogramme in Chittoor. As part of the programme, he visited his native village Naravaripalli in Chittoor district to collect clay and water for the construction of the AP capital.
The AP CM recently said that he called upon the people to collect soil in holy places across villages and water from streams with blessings from people of all faiths. Amid chanting of vedic hymns, Chandrababu collected the clay and water and performed special pujas for the success of Amaravathi.
