The environmental sector on Andhra Pradesh Capital foundation stone ceremony and CRDA has been issued notices by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) for violating directives.
NGT issued the notice in reply to the petition filed by some individuals who opposed the capital city construction in the green belt area in Guntur district. The AP government has been asked to respond within a week along with the Urban-Town planning and environmental sector and CRDA.
