The Minister stated that the YSRCP legislators are mainly aiming to stall the discussions in the Assembly as they neither have the knowledge or the experience to debate on them. He further said that Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao might rethink about the suspension of MLA Roja if the YSRCP legislators change their mind.
