Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday laid the foundation stone for AIIMS hospital at Mangalgiri in Guntur district. On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that as one of the most important health projects is all set to be established, this day will find place in the history.
Stating that the AIIMS setup is a costly asset to Mangalagiri, Chandrababu lauded Guntur doctors for their services all across the world. Meanwhile, Union Urban Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu who attended the foundation ceremony heaped praises on the Chief Minister stating that it was Chandrababu's constant endeavour in the matter that helped achieve the proposal and granted by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Praising Chandrababu for his vision, Venkaiah Naidu also thanked Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, JP Nadda for sanctioning AIIMS immediately.
