Anam Brothers to officially join TDP today
Former Ministers Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and Anam Vivekananda Reddy from Nellore are all set to join the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Vijayawada today in the presence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Former Ministers Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and Anam Vivekananda Reddy from Nellore are all set to join the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Vijayawada today in the presence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Sharing this news with the media, Ramanarayana Reddy said that TDP is capable of overcoming the injustice meted out by the Congress through the bifurcation of the state.
Stating that they had persuaded the Congress against the bifurcation, Anam Ramanarayana Reddy said that they had been with the party because of the belief in its ideology but they cannot continue as the party has no repentance for what it did.
The former Minister added that he was a founder member of the TDP during its formative years in 1983 and having served in the first Cabinet headed by then Chief Minister NT Rama Rao, he has no qualms in working with the present leaders of the party.
