Devineni Uma said that Jagan was instigating cast and community passions as he is not able to digest the development under TDP rule. Stating that the TDP government will complete construction of Polavaram Project by 2018, the Irrigation Minister said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu delivered the promise made by supplying water to farm fields through the right canal of Polavaram and added that the construction of Polavaram project and capital city Amaravati would be completed despite the opposition being faced from Jagan.
