​New Delhi: The director of Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation Dr K Lakshminarayana underscored the need for imparting communication and soft skills for the students in all courses to make them employable and compete in the global market. Dr Lakshminarayana was speaking during the release of the book "English Skills for Lawyers" written by Challa Krishnaveer Abhishek, Soft Skills trainer-cum-faculty at the Department of Foreign Languages of Andhra University, at a function held on the Lawns of 3, Janpath, the official residence of the Supreme Court Judge.

He said that the Skill Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh was giving more emphasis on the soft skills to make students improve their confidence levels.

Dr Lakshminarayana advised Krishnaveer Abhishek to write more books on these topics for the benefit of students and trainers. Justice NV Ramana and Chief Justice G Rohini advised Krishnaveer Abhishek to write books useful for the legal fraternity in the areas of communication and writing skills. Prof Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, former MP, congratulated the author.
