About 50 stalls are going to be set up in Vana Vihari from the various districts including Srikakulam, Visakahpatnam, Vizianagaram, and West Godavari. The stalls from various departments would also be set up. Tribal museum and food stalls with various tribal traditional recipes would be an added attraction.
Two RTC buses have been earmarked for each tribal mandal in the district to provide free transportation for the visitors. ITDA project Officer KVN Chakradhar Babu took part in bike rally for 25 km from Rampachodavaram to Maredumilli to create awareness on Manyam Jatara.
Speaking on the occasion, Chakradhar Babu mentioned that this region has the potential for tourism and added that the objective of Manyam Jatara is to revive tribal culture, traditions and lifestyles, which are vanishing. He called upon the people of 15 agency mandals of the district and from other districts to take part in the festival and make it a huge success.
