TDP leaders hail CM’s decision to offer sand free of cost to poor
Telugu Desam Party district executive committee welcomed the decision of Chef Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to offer sand free of cost to poor. In a meeting here on Saturday, the TDP leaders said that the decision of Chief Minister would help to increase housing facility for poor.

Presiding over the meeting party district president B Arjunudu said that the TDP government has taken a decision for the benefit of people. It may be noted that the CM in a video conference with Collectors on Friday night decided to offer sand free of cost to poor.
He opined that despite of several efforts the sand policy faced criticism from people and the decision was taken to offer sand free of cost to maintain the goodwill of TDP government. Pedana MLA Kagita Venkata Rao called upon the trade unions affiliated to TDP should bring awareness among people on the welfare programmes being implemented by the government.
Krishna district party observer M Subba Rao said that Krishna district is ahead in organising party programmes. TDP district general secretary K Veera Babu, Tiruvur constituency in-charge Nallagatla Swamidas, Nuzvid in-charge Muddaraboina Venkateswara Rao, SAAP director Bandaru Hanmanta Rao and others were also present.
