The Speaker also stated that the HC's verdict also mentioned that there would no interference in House matters henceforth and added that every institute has to be respected which should be returned for progressing forward. Reacting to the Court order, TDP MLA Anitha said that the pride faced defeat in the end.
YSRCP MLA Roja received interim relief from Hyderabad High Court over her one-year suspension from AP Assembly but the single bench order was striked off on Tuesday by the division bench of High Court of Hyderabad.
