Calling the Assembly proceedings undemocratic, the Opposition party leaders wore black badges to protest against Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao's decision to not allow MLA Roja into the House despite High Court order.
During the Question Hour, YS Jagan raised the farmers' insurance issue saying that 26,000 farmers in YSR district have still not received insured amounts for their crop damage from 2012-13 and demanded the release of the amount immediately.
