Kakinada: City MLA Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao called upon the public to utilise call centre services in the on line mode being extended by the Kakinada Municipal Corporation from Friday onwards. Participating in the inauguration ceremony at the corporation office, the MLA said that both online and mobile service systems have come into existence through this system.

The centre which works from 6 am to 10 pm receives complaints in the form of online or mobile mode. Details of complaints would be forwarded to the concerned municipal officials with details of registration number. The MLA also checked the working of the system by receiving a complaint from public. Municipal Deputy Commissioner S Alim Basha, Additional Commissioner Covinda Swamy and Deputy Commissioner Sanyasi Rao were also present.
