According to the organising committee, Chaganti, who was newly appointed as Cultural Advisor to the State government, will deliver a discourse on ‘Shiva Mahatyam’ to mark the inauguration of the temple built adjacent to Kurnool-Chittoor highway with the donations of people and philanthropists.
