Speaking to reporters in Guntur on Tuesday, he instructed the medical and health department officials to be alert in the backdrop of increasing day temperature.

He felt that ranks to Ministers were useful to improve their performance and expressed surprise for getting last rank to Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana. He said that Narayana works hard.
