Donations pour in for Tirupathi Tirumala Devasthanam

Kuppala Giridhar Kumar and Subramanyam donated Rs 10 lakh each towards SV Gosamrakshanasala and SV Annaprasadam Trust respectively. Giridhar, a Railway employee is on deputation to TTD and is working as Personal Secretary of TTD Trust Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy. While a Hyderabad-based donor Manohar also donated Rs 1 lakh towards Annaprasadam Trust.

The TTD received Rs 21 lakhs as the donation on Tuesday. The donors donated the largesse in the form of DDs and handed over the same to Krishnamurthy and TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao, after the trust board meeting in Tirumala.
