Ministers tear into Jagan on Rajya Sabha seat to Vijay Sai
Minister for Labour K Atchannaidu and Minister for Agriculture Pathipati Pulla Rao said that the YSR Congress party has allotted Rajya Sabha ticket to K Vijaya Sai Reddy, on whom 12 chargesheets were pending on economic offences. They questioned on what basis the YSR Congress party allotted RS ticket to Vijaya Sai Reddy and why it failed to allot RS ticket to Dalits.

Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, the Ministers said that several CBI charge sheets were pending against Vijaya Sai Reddy. They said that Jagan has been safeguarding the interests of his close followers to protect his property.
Referring to YSR Congress leaders’ comments on the Chief Minister’s residence in Hyderabad, the Ministers said that living in a rented house for Rs 2 lakh per month is common in Hyderabad and there is no need for the YSR Congress leaders to criticise the CM’s family for staying in a hotel.
The Ministers said that YSR Congress party president Jaganmohan Reddy has no moral right to talk on democracy. They said that during YSR regime Akarsh scheme was introduced to lure MLAs into Congress fold.
