Eluru: West Godavari District Collector K Bhaskar on Tuesday said that the Government had decided to supply fertilisers and pesticides through electronic point of sale (e-PoS) system in Krishna and West Godavari districts as a pilot project.
He was participating in the orientation programme on mobile-based fertiliser management system with fertiliser dealers in the district at Collector office. Speaking in the programme, the Collector said that already the e-PoS was implemented in public distribution system (PDS) to supply ration to the people.
