Chandrababu: Transfer guidelines should be followed strictly

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday reviewed the transfers district-wise and spoke about the transfer policy of his government with the officials in a teleconference.

Speaking of the staff transfers, Chandrababu said that the idea is to make every employee work with the government adding that transfers would bring out the best teams among the staff.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that the employees who are willing to work in the agency areas would be encouraged. Noting that the government would earn a bad reputation if one-sided transfers were taken up under pressure, Chandrababu told the officials to make sure that the transfer guidelines should be followed strictly.
