NAAC team to inspect SPMVV

Tirupati: The peer team of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), an autonomous institution of UGC, will be visiting Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam (SPMVV) for three days from July 4 to 6. This was to assess the micro-level details of achievements and validate the claims of the institution.
The peer team will be acquainting themselves with the strengths of the institution and analyse the mechanism for quality improvement for recommending the NAAC accreditation which will result for launching of advanced educational programmes in future.
The three stages of assessment include the preparation and submission of a self- study report by the unit of assessment, the on-site visit of the peer team for validation of the self-study report and for recommending the assessment outcome to the NAAC, final decision would be taken by the Executive Committee of the NAAC, according to a press release issued by SPMV here on Sunday.
