No takers for TTD kalyanamandapams

Chittoor: With pious and divine objective, the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams ( TTD) has constructed kalyanamandapams across the county. The kalyanamandapams are meant for conducting Hindu marriages, religious programmes and cultural events with a meagre charge.

It is learnt that the TTD kalayanamandapams across the country are reportedly being given for conducting exhibitions to private parties as people are not coming forward to book kalyanamandapams for performing marriages due to lack of amenities. People gave several representations to the TTD authorities to provide amenities, but to no avail.
