Govt clarifies doubts about Aadhaar
Aadhar Director-Genaral Ajay Bhushan Pandey has said that there are so many doubts among people about Aadhaar linkage in implementing various government schemes and the Aadhaar Authority is trying to clarify them.

Implementation of Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme by Aadhaar linkage is very useful to common people as it prevent the intervention of middle men, he said.
Addressing a two-day national workshop on Direct Transfer Benefit Scheme (DBTS) here on Monday, Pandey said Aadhaar would be provided to infant babies based on their parents’ Aadhaar number.
The Central government was contemplating to deliver all welfare schemes with Aadhaar linkage avoiding any troubles, he said. Aadhaar linkage was compulsory to the welfare schemes, he said.
