chancellor Prof. V S S Kumar appointed Prof. G V R Prasada Raju, who was holding the post of registrar, as officer on special duty (OSD)
and Prof. Ch Sai Babu was appointed as registrar. These orders come into force on Saturday itself, with both assuming charge.
Rumors were doing rounds that the change in administration was due to observations made by SC commission chairman Karem Sivaji.
However, rector Bhima Prabhakar Rao refuted the rumours and said that they were routine transfers.
